In Keka, managers can approve peer nomination requests made by their team members during the performance review cycle. This ensures that the right peers are included in the review process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you approve a nomination request quickly and accurately.
Access Your Inbox
When an employee nominates a peer for their review, you will receive a notification in your Inbox.
Log in to Keka.
Click on the Inbox tab from the top menu.
Open Pending Requests
The system will display the Pending Requests interface. Here, you’ll see all outstanding items that require your attention.
To proceed, click on Performance Reviews.
Locate the Nomination Request
You will now see a list of employees whose nomination requests are pending your approval.
Find your employee’s review form request from the list.
Review the Nomination Details
Open the nomination request and carefully review the details of the nominated peer reviewers.
If the nominations meet your approval, click Approve for each peer reviewer.
Submit and Confirm
Once you’ve approved the nominations:
Click Submit.
A confirmation pop-up will appear—click Confirm to finalise your submission.
Confirmation and Success Notification
After confirming, the nominated peer will be added to the review process. You’ll also see a success notification confirming that the approval is complete.
That’s it! You have successfully approved a nomination request as a Manager in Keka. This ensures that the performance review process moves forward with the right peer reviewers in place.
