As a manager, you can monitor your team’s review activity during a performance cycle in Keka. This helps ensure employees complete required steps and allows you to step in when needed.
In this article, we will discuss all the features available in this section. Please note that not all features may be visible to you as their visibility depends on your organisation's policies.
Accessing Team Reviews
Go to My Team in Keka.
Select Performance.
Open the Reviews tab.
Here, you’ll see review details for your Direct Reports and, if applicable, Indirect Reports.
Viewing Review Status
On the left panel, you’ll find a list of your team members.
Click on any employee’s name to view their review cycles (active, upcoming, and completed).
The Actions column will display options depending on your role.
Submitting Reviews
If you’re part of the review process for that employee, you’ll see a Submit Review button.
Click it to open the review form.
Carefully read the instructions, then click Next.
Answer the questions, rate objectives, and provide feedback as required.
Submit the review once complete.
Other Actions
Beside each review cycle, use the menu in the Actions column to:
View Review Form — see responses already submitted by reviewers.
Send Reminders — nudge pending reviewers to complete their forms.
Tracking Progress
Open the Question and Goals section to monitor the reviews and overall status of the review.
This gives you a summary of who has completed their reviews and what is pending.
