A reporting manager needs to have access to the performance reviews of their direct reports as they are responsible for the employee and need to make sure that the employee is performing their best and all their work-related needs are met.
To check the Performance reviews a reporting manager can go to My Team and under Performance select Reviews. Now choose Direct Reports.
Under Direct or Indirect Reports, you can view by Goals or by Employees.
When you click on a goal, you can see employee details, including how many are at each review cycle stage and what actions are pending and on whom it is pending.
You can click the three dots under Actions and select View Review Form to see details.
Now click on the employee view.
Select the employee you want to review. For the chosen review cycle, expand it to see the status and stage. Completed stages appear in green, showing the completion and due dates for completed and pending stages. Find the "View Review Form" option at the top right and click it to continue.
You will have access to the feedback provided to the employee by reviewers.
You can click "View Breakdown" to see a brief rating summary.
Hope you are now clear on how reporting managers can see the direct reports reviews.
