Follow the steps below to fill out the manager review form:
Navigate to the Inbox from the left menu.
2. Under Pending Tasks, select Performance Review.
3. Locate the employee whose review you want to complete.
4. Click on Start Review Now.
5. A confirmation popup will appear. Click Continue to proceed.
6. The review form generally consists of several sections, such as Questions, Goals, and Core Values etc.
7. Begin by answering the questions in each section. Use the Next button to move between sections.
8. Once all sections are completed, click Submit Review.
9. In the confirmation dialog, select Confirm to finalise the submission.
10. After submission, the manager’s feedback becomes part of the employee’s overall performance review cycle.
Completing the review form as a manager is a key step in the performance review cycle.
