In most performance review processes, evaluating employees based on their goals and objectives is critical. If your organisation follows a goal-based evaluation policy, Keka makes it easy to include goals in the review form during the cycle setup.
Steps to add goals as review parameter in review form of a review cycle
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Reviews, go to Review Cycles.

Click +Create Review Cycle to open the review cycle settings.
Go to the Review Forms section (step 3 in the setup).
Enable the Goals option as a review parameter.
From the dropdown, select the Timeframe for which the objectives should be evaluated.

Select reviewers for Goals and assign a response type to each.
Once added, goals will be visible in the review form and will be part of the evaluation for each employee—providing a clearer picture of their performance aligned with measurable objectives.
