Go to the Performance section from the left navigation panel.
Select the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, click the dropdown next to Create Review Cycle and select Aggregate Review Cycle.
4. On the Setup screen:
Enter the cycle name and a brief description.
Click Next to proceed or Save as draft to complete it later.
5. In the Review Form step:
Select the past review cycles to include in the aggregation.
Enable “Questions for Reporting Manager” to include manager-specific feedback.
Decide whether to add questions for the Reporting Manager’s feedback.
Click Add Questions to create new questions or select from existing ones.
For each question, click "Use this question" to add it to the cycle, then click Save to finalize.
Note: Enabling Questions for Reporting Managers allows you to add customised inquiries about accomplishments, challenges, and goals.
Click on the question to edit or modify questions.
Once done, click Save to apply changes after editing.
Then click Next to continue.
6. In the Publish step:
Enable Managers to write review summaries if required.
Define who can write and publish the summaries (typically the Performance Admin).
Set feedback visibility preferences for employees.
7. In the Map Employees step, click on Map Employees.
In the Map Employees step, you’ll assign the employees to be included in the review cycle.
Filter and select employees by Department, Job Title, Location, Business Unit, Pay Grade, or Legal Entity.
Once the appropriate employees are selected, click Save to confirm.
On the confirmation screen, click Confirm to proceed.
After confirming the employees to be included, click Complete Setup to finalise the cycle.
8. In the Keka Review Cycles section, click Launch to start the aggregate review cycle.
Select all employees or specific employee for whom you want reviews to be conducted within this group.
In the pop up, click Launch again.
The aggregate icon will indicate that the cycle compiles and calculates the average of past reviews to create a comprehensive annual evaluation.
Tip: You can perform calibration post-launch if rating adjustments are needed.
