During a review cycle, performance admins may want to include peers or other additional reviewers to ensure feedback is well-rounded and unbiased. To keep the process balanced, Keka allows admins to set a minimum and maximum number of reviewers that can be nominated—especially for roles like peers, subordinates, or external reviewers.
Here’s how you can configure these nomination limits.
Steps to set minimum and maximum reviewer limits in a review cycle
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, select the cycle you want to update.
-
Click the three-dot menu next to the cycle and choose Edit.
In the Reviewers tab of the setup window, click + Add more reviewers.
Select the reviewer types you want to include (e.g., Peers, External, Subordinates).
-
Click Save to confirm your selections.
After adding the reviewer types, you will see them listed under the Reviewers tab.
Go to the Nomination section.
Choose who can nominate additional reviewers—Admin, Reporting Manager, or Employee (Self).
Set the minimum and maximum number of reviewers allowed for each reviewer type (e.g., min 1 peer and max 2 peers).
-
Click Next to continue with the review cycle setup.
This is how performance admins can define the minimum and maximum number of additional reviewers in a review cycle. Need more help? Check out our other support articles or fill out this form for further assistance.
