In some review cycles, organisations prefer to collect peer feedback to get a well-rounded view of an employee’s performance. Keka allows employees or their managers to nominate peers, and you can add a layer of control by assigning approvers for those nominations.
Here’s how to configure approvers for peer nominations in a review cycle.
Steps to set approvers for peers nomination
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Select Review Cycles.
To create a new cycle, click + Create Review Cycle.
(Or choose an existing cycle to edit settings.)In the review cycle setup, go to the Reviewers tab.
Click + Add More Reviewers.
In the pop-up, select Peers or other relevant reviewer types.
Click Save to confirm.
Go to the Nomination tab.
Check the box:
"When employee/reporting manager nominates reviewers, it should go for approval."Select one or more approvers who will review and approve these nominations.
This ensures that nominated peers are reviewed before being assigned.
Notes & Tips
Note: If the admin performs the nomination, all peer reviewers are automatically approved—no additional approval step is required.
Tip: Use this feature when you want controlled, vetted peer input during reviews.
