In Keka, enabling potential ratings allows reviewers to assess not just an employee's performance, but also their future growth and development potential. Here’s how you can configure this setting step by step:
Go to the Performance section and select Reviews.
-
Under Review Cycles, click on +Create Review Cycle to create a review cycle.
Navigate to the Review Form for the desired review cycle.
-
Click on "Configure for Order and Potential Ratings" located in the top-right corner of the form settings.
In the configuration panel, locate the “Allow reviewers to provide potential ratings” option.
Toggle it on to enable.
-
Click Save to apply these settings.
This will allow reviewers to provide potential ratings across different sections of the review form.
-
Once globally enabled, you can configure potential ratings for individual components:

Notes & Tips
Note: For an existing cycle, you can only configure the potential review before it is launched.
Enabling potential ratings allows a more comprehensive and future-focused performance review. It helps identify high-potential employees for promotions, training, or leadership roles—making your performance evaluation process more strategic and actionable.
