A review cycle is a process in performance management where an employee’s performance is evaluated over a specific period. The review cycle helps to assess achievements, goals, and overall job performance.
Let’s go through the steps to edit the settings of an existing review cycle.
Steps to update cycle settings
Go to the Performance tab in Keka.
Click on Reviews to open the Review Cycles section.
Under the Active/Upcoming tab, select the Review Cycle you want to edit.
Click on the three dots next to the Review Instance for the cycle you wish to edit.
-
Select Edit to access the Review Instance settings.
-
In the Review Instance Settings window, you can adjust various sections as needed:
Reviewers
Review Form
Review Meeting
Summary & Publish
Timelines
Visibility
Map Employees
Simply click on the appropriate tab to make your changes.
Once you've made the necessary updates, click Save to apply the changes.
Notes & Tips
Note: Once a review cycle has been launched, most configuration settings can no longer be modified. We recommend carefully reviewing all review cycle settings, timelines, and configurations before launching the process.
If changes to the review timeline or configuration are required after launch, the review cycle must first be rolled back. The review cycle can then be reconfigured with the correct settings and relaunched to ensure the process aligns with the intended requirements.
