Sometimes employees may miss submitting their review forms during a review cycle due to unforeseen circumstances. Keka allows Performance Admins to send reminders—helping keep the process on track.
Here’s how you can send a reminder to employees who haven’t completed their review forms.
Steps to send reminders for employee to fill pending review forms
Navigate to the Performance module in Keka.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Reviews, select Review Cycles.
Choose the relevant cycle under the Active/Upcoming tab.

Click View Progress for that cycle.
In the Review in Progress section, scroll to Ongoing Form Filling.
Select the employee’s name.

Click the Remind button.
In the Send Reminder window, choose "Send reminders to selected reviewers."
From the dropdown, select the reviewer type (e.g., Self).

Click Send.
In the same section, you can also click on the three-dot menu under the Actions column next to the employee.

Choose Send Reminder from the dropdown and follow the same process.
The selected reviewer(s) will receive a prompt to complete their pending review form—helping ensure timely participation and smoother review cycles.
