Keka makes it easy to monitor your team’s performance review progress during each review cycle. With this feature, you can track where your team members stand, submit reviews if needed, and ensure timely completion of every step.
This guide is for managers and reviewers who want to stay updated on the status of employee reviews. The available options may vary based on your organisation’s policies and your access level.
Steps to track your team's progress in a review cycle
Go to the My Team section.
Click on Performance.
Select the Reviews tab to open the review dashboard.
Depending on your role, you may see the page split into Direct Reports and Indirect Reports.
On the left panel, you’ll see a list of your team members.
Click on a team member’s name to view their review details.
You’ll now see a list of all the review cycles the employee is involved in—whether active, upcoming, or completed.
Submitting a Review
If you’re assigned as a reviewer, you’ll see a Submit Review option in the Actions column.

Click on Submit Review.

In the pop-up, click Continue.
Provide your responses to the review questions and goals.

Click Next to move through the form.

Click Save to save your responses and complete the remaining sections later.

On the final screen, click Submit Review.

In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm.
Using the Actions Menu
Next to each review entry, the Actions menu offers additional options:
View Review Form: See responses submitted by reviewers.

Send Reminder: Nudge reviewers who haven’t submitted their input yet.
Tracking Ratings

To view overall ratings, click the Click here link within the review entry.

To see a full summary of reviewer ratings and comments, click the icon below the rating link.
Notes & Tips
Note: Your access to certain features may depend on your role and organisation’s permissions.
Tip: Use the Send Reminder option to ensure timely review submissions from all participants.
