In Keka, managers can share performance feedback directly on employee profiles. This feedback is visible to both the employee and their reporting manager and plays a key role in helping team members reflect and grow.
You can customise who can give or view feedback by adjusting the feedback settings.
Steps to edit permissions to provide feedback
Go to the Performance module in Keka.
Click on Continuous Feedback.
Select the Settings tab.
-
Under Feedback Settings, click Edit Settings.
Update the permissions as per your organisation’s preferences.
-
Click Save to apply the changes.
Your updated settings will control how feedback is shared and accessed across the organisation—ensuring it aligns with your internal feedback culture.
