Recognising and appreciating employee contributions is essential to building a positive work culture. In Keka, you can easily give praise to employees using the Continuous Feedback feature. Praises are publicly visible across the organisation and come with a certificate that highlights the employee’s impact.
Who Can Do This?
Any admin, manager or team member with access to the Performance module and Feedback tab can give praise to an employee.
Step-by-Step: How to Give Praise
From the left sidebar, click on Performance.
Click on the Feedback tab in the top menu.
Then select the Summary sub-tab.

Under Quick actions on the right side of the screen, click Give Praise.
A panel will appear on the right side of the screen:
Select the Employee: Search for and select the person you want to praise.
Write Your Praise: Enter a meaningful message that highlights the employee’s contribution or effort.
Select a Praise Category: Choose a relevant category such as Leadership Impact, Collaboration, or Innovation.

Review Certificate: A live preview of the certificate is shown based on the input.
Select Project (if applicable).
Post to Wall: Choose whether to post to a specific team wall or the entire organisation.

Add Attachments: You can attach up to 5 files to support your praise.
Click the Submit button.
The praised employee will receive a digital certificate and the praise will be displayed publicly based on your sharing preference.
Where Will the Praise Appear?
Once submitted:

Employees can view their received praise by navigating to their profile, then selecting Performance and clicking on the Feedback and Praise tab.

The certificate and your message will be listed, along with your name and the date.
