Continuous feedback is a key part of performance management in Keka, allowing managers and peers to provide real-time input on an employee's performance. It helps employees stay aligned with expectations and fosters a culture of open communication.
Who Can Do This?
Managers, Admins, and authorised employees with feedback privileges.
Steps to Give Feedback to an Employee
Navigate to the Performance module in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Feedback tab at the top.
Ensure you're on the Summary sub-tab.
Under Quick Actions, click on Give feedback.
In the Give Personal Feedback to Employee popup:
Select the employee you want to give feedback to (e.g., Lokesh T).
Type your feedback in the text box (e.g., “Good performance”).
(Optional) Choose the relevant project if the feedback pertains to a specific assignment.
(Optional) Select a tag like Community to categorise the feedback.
(Optional) Click Add Attachment to upload supporting documents (max 5 files allowed).
Click the Submit button at the bottom-right to finalise and share the feedback. The employee and relevant managers/admins will be notified.
Feedback given is reflected in the employee’s Performance Summary and can be used as input during 1:1 meetings, reviews, or PIP discussions.
To give feedback, you must have access to the Performance module, the employee must be active in the system, and your role should have permissions to provide feedback.
Providing continuous feedback in Keka builds a culture of recognition, accountability, and growth. It helps employees identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and stay aligned with team and organisational goals. Regular use of this feature improves individual performance and enhances overall team collaboration and engagement.
