As a manager, providing timely and constructive feedback is key to employee development and engagement. Keka makes this process simple by allowing managers to give personal feedback directly from an employee's profile and view all feedback received in the Performance section.
Who Can Do This?
Only users with managerial or admin privileges can give and view feedback for their team members.
Steps to Give Personal Feedback to an Employee
Navigate to the Org module and search or select the employee you want to give feedback to.
On the employee’s profile, click the speech bubble icon near the top-right corner or select the “Give Personal Feedback” button.
In the feedback window:
Type your feedback message in the text box (formatting options like bold, underline, or bullet points are available).
(Optional) Select a project related to the feedback.
(Optional) Tag a core value such as Community or Ownership.
(Optional) Add up to five attachments to support your feedback.
Click Submit to share the feedback. It will appear under the employee’s feedback record.
Manager Viewing Feedback for Team
Go to My Team from the left navigation bar.
Choose the relevant team and select the employee.
Click on the Performance tab and select Feedback.
Under the Feedback Received tab, view all feedback shared for that employee.
Review any associated core values or additional comments included with the feedback.
