In Keka, you can create custom badges to recognise and celebrate employee achievements. These badges help boost morale and encourage a culture of appreciation within your organisation.
Steps to create badges
Go to the Performance section in the Keka portal.
Click on Feedback.

Go to the Settings tab.

Under Praises & Badges, click +Add Badge.

Fill in the following details:
Badge Name – What the badge is called.
Description – A brief explanation of what it represents.
Color – Choose a color to visually distinguish the badge.
Icon – Pick an icon that fits the badge theme.

Click Add to create the badge.
Your custom badge is now ready to use! You can assign it when giving praise to help recognise team members in a meaningful and personalised way.
