Recognising and appreciating employee efforts boosts morale, builds stronger teams, and reinforces a culture of excellence. In Keka, managers can easily give praise to employees and view all appreciation shared across their team.
Giving Praise to an Employee
Follow these steps to give praise to an employee from their profile:
Navigate to the Org module from the left sidebar.
Search and click on the name of the employee you want to appreciate.
On the top-right corner of the employee's profile, click the “Give Praise” button.
- Enter a brief message recognising their effort. Example: “You are doing great!”
- Choose a badge that best represents the reason for appreciation, such as:
Top Performer
Leadership Impact
Customer Hero
Above & Beyond
Team Player, etc.
Link it to a specific project (optional).
Attach a file (if required).
Choose whether to post it to the wall for organisation-wide visibility.
A certificate preview will appear.
Click Submit to share the praise.
Viewing Praises as a Manager
You can view all praises given to your direct and indirect team members:
Go to Performance from the left sidebar.
Select the Feedback tab from the top navigation bar.
Switch between tabs to view your team's feedback .
Click on the Praises tab to view all appreciation received by the selected team member.
Click on a specific praise card to open and view the full certificate of appreciation.
