Recognising employee efforts is essential for fostering a positive work culture. With Keka’s Continuous Feedback feature, managers and team members can easily give praise and generate Certificates of Appreciation that employees can save or share.
How Praise & Certificates Work
In Keka, when you praise an employee, a personalised certificate is automatically generated, which includes:
Who praised the employee
What for (e.g., Leadership, Collaboration)
Date of recognition
Employees can view, download, or share their certificates for personal or professional use.
How to Give Praise to Multiple Employees
Navigate to Home and select Praise.
Search for the employees you want to praise (you can select multiple employees).
Choose a badge (e.g., Top Performer, Team Player).
Select a project (if relevant) from the dropdown.
Optionally, Gift Keka Points (+5, +10, +15, or +20) if your organization has this feature enabled.
You can also attach files if necessary.

Click Post to submit the praise.

Where Does the Praise Show Up?
Once the praise is submitted, employees can view their praise and certificates by:
Navigating to Me → Performance → Feedback → Praises.
They’ll see the certificate, the message, who sent it, and the date.
Viewing Praise as a Manager
Managers can easily view all praises given to their direct and indirect team members:
Go to Performance from the left sidebar.
Select the Feedback tab from the top navigation bar.
Switch between tabs to view the team's feedback.

Importance of Praise
Celebrating achievements, both big and small, helps maintain a motivated and engaged team. With Keka’s Praise feature, managers can effortlessly highlight individual and team contributions, encourage continuous excellence, and reinforce a culture of recognition across the organisation.
By regularly giving praise and issuing Certificates of Appreciation, you ensure that employee efforts are recognised, which ultimately leads to greater satisfaction and productivity.
