HIRE: Insights for Archived Jobs

The Insights dashboard now supports visibility into Archived Jobs, enabling teams to analyse hiring performance even after a role has been closed. This enhancement improves historical reporting and provides a more comprehensive view of recruitment effectiveness.

What’s Changed

Active & Archived Job Filter

Previously, the Insights dashboard displayed metrics only for active jobs, limiting analysis to ongoing hiring activity.

Now, users can seamlessly switch between:

• Active Jobs
• Archived Jobs

Selecting a filter dynamically updates the dashboard to display statistics relevant to the chosen category.

Time to Hire & Other Metrics

All relevant hiring metrics — including Time to Hire — are recalculated and displayed based on the selected job category.

This allows users to:

• Review performance for closed roles
• Compare hiring efficiency across time periods
• Conduct retrospective analysis on completed hiring cycles
