The Learn Dashboard serves as the landing page upon login. The content displayed varies based on user role and permissions:

• Employees with Learn privileges (Admins/Training Managers) see learning analytics, trends, and system-wide metrics.
• Employees without Learn privileges see available and assigned courses, enabling them to manage their personal learning journey.

This role-based visibility ensures relevant insights while keeping the experience clean and intuitive.
