PAYROLL: Custom Payslip Heading

Keka now allows organisations to fully customise payslip titles and section headings across all formats — including on-screen previews, PDF downloads, and shared copies. This enhancement provides greater flexibility to align payslips with organisational branding, workforce type (e.g., contractors), and compliance requirements.

Organisations can now tailor payslip templates to match internal terminology and statutory standards without manual editing. This is especially useful for companies:

• Paying contractors who require “Payment” instead of “Salary”
• Operating across multiple locations with varied compliance needs
• Requiring statutory disclaimers or audit notes on payslips

All customisations reflect consistently across preview, PDF generation, and downloaded documents.

Where to Configure

Navigate to:
Payroll → Settings → Paygroup → Configure → Other Settings → Payslip Settings → Update Settings

The Payslip Settings page is now structured into clearly defined sections for easier configuration.
