PERFORM: Bulk upload of final calibrated ratings via Excel

What’s new?

Keka now enables bulk upload of final calibrated ratings through Excel, helping Performance Admins and Review Cycle Owners save time and reduce manual errors during calibration. This feature is available in the calibration section of each review cycle.

To upload ratings:

Go to Review Cycle > Post Review Analysis > Calibration. Select the rating type to import:

• Final rating: Includes final calibrated ratings and optional comments.
• Reviewer rating: Displays reviewer-wise actual and calibrated ratings.
• Download the Excel template.
• Fill in the ratings.
• Upload the completed file.
  
  

Once uploaded, the system will automatically consider the calibrated ratings as the final performance ratings for each employee.
