Keka now supports offline attendance punching via the Android app. This update ensures that employees working in areas with poor or no internet connectivity can still mark their attendance seamlessly. With the new Continuous Punching feature enabled, punches will be automatically synced once the device regains internet access.
Whether on a remote site, a field visit, or in a low-signal area, employees can now record their attendance without interruptions.

How to enable offline attendance

Open the Keka Android app.

Go to Attendance Settings.

Enable the Continuous Punching option.
Once enabled, attendance data will be stored locally on the device and uploaded automatically when an internet connection is detected. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version to access this feature.
Notes

Offline attendance is currently available only for Android users.

All offline punches will be timestamped and flagged accordingly in attendance logs for better tracking.
