These updates are designed to simplify daily hiring workflows and provide more control to recruitment managers and administrators.
What's new in Hire

Recruitment managers can now download feedback for archived candidates, in addition to those marked as active or hired.
Filter jobs by hiring manager
A new filter is available in Hire>>Jobs, enabling managers to view job listings based on the hiring manager associated with them.
Gender field added to offer status report
The candidate offer-status report now displays gender information, supporting organizations in tracking gender diversity metrics.
Email template selection on interview rescheduling
Recruiters can now choose which email template to use while rescheduling an interview. The system defaults to the one used earlier for scheduling.
Customizable candidate welcome emails
Admins can now tailor the Welcome Email that is sent automatically to candidates upon applying for a job.
