Managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) just got easier. Keka now allows Managers and Global/Performance Admins to take direct action on an employee’s PIP from their profile—without navigating through multiple menus. This update is aimed at streamlining performance workflows and saving valuable time.
What’s the update all about?
You can now edit, reinitiate, or make final decisions on an employee’s PIP directly from their profile page. There's no need to access the PIP module separately—everything is accessible in one place.
Where can I access these PIP actions?
To access the actions:
Navigate to the employee's profile.
Click on the Performance tab.
If the employee is under an active PIP, a yellow banner will appear at the top.
You’ll find two buttons:
Reinitiate PIP – to edit or extend the plan
Make Decision – to close the plan with a final outcome
What actions can be performed from the profile?
From the profile, you can:
Reinitiate an existing PIP with modified tasks, timelines, or goals.
Make a decision to mark the PIP as successful, unsuccessful, or extended.
View overall PIP status and progress directly within the employee’s performance view.
With PIP actions available directly from the employee profile, Keka brings convenience and efficiency to every step of the performance improvement process.
