In an organisation, every employee are assigned certain goals which they expect the employees to achieve by the end of the performance cycle. The goals are usually assigned weightages based on which the ratings are calculated and taken into consideration.
Please know you will only be able to assign weightage only if the organisation administrator allows it.
Here's how weightages can be assigned to objectives -
Go to the Me section in Keka.
Click Performance.
Open the Goals tab.
Under My Goals, go to the goals and select the Assign Weightages icon.
Enter the weightage values for each of your objectives.
Adjust values until the total equals 100%.
Click on Allocate to save the same.
