ENGAGE: Flexible Pulse Surveys for Small Teams

For organisations with fewer than 200 employees, collecting meaningful feedback can be a challenge—low participation rates and fragmented responses often lead to incomplete insights. That’s why we’re introducing Flexible Pulse Surveys — a new way to send questions from multiple metrics in one survey, on a monthly or quarterly basis.

This update simplifies the feedback experience and helps HR teams gather broader, more usable data while reducing survey fatigue for employees.

How to Access

Navigate to Engage > Pulse > Settings.
