A new enhancement is now live that displays real-time usage stats while applying for Work From Home (WFH), On Duty (OD), Partial Day, and Attendance Regularization requests. Employees now have clear visibility into their usage limits, helping them plan better and avoid submission errors.
What’s New?
While submitting a WFH, OD, or Regularization request, employees will now see:
-
Total allowed for the applicable period (e.g., 10 days per month)
-
Used instances or days (e.g., 6 days consumed)
-
Remaining balance (e.g., 4 days available)
-
Validation error if the request exceeds the quota
-
Auto-updating counters based on the selected request type
-
Pending requests included in the usage count
-
Previously approved requests remain unaffected by mid-cycle policy changes
Why This Matters
Improved Employee Experience
Employees gain instant clarity on their available request limits—reducing failed attempts and eliminating the need to reach out to reporting managers or HR for information.
Reduced HR Queries
Common questions like “How many WFH days are left?” are now answered on-screen. This reduces the operational load on RM and HR teams, enabling them to focus on strategic activities.
How It Works?

-
When submitting a WFH, OD, Partial Day, or Regularization request, real-time counters display:
-
Total allowed
-
Used
-
Remaining
-
-
Counters adjust dynamically as the request type changes
-
Submissions that exceed the remaining balance are blocked with a clear error message
-
Usage includes both approved and pending requests
-
Policy updates made mid-cycle do not impact already approved requests
