Introduction
In any recruitment process, it’s important to keep the right people informed about candidate updates. With Keka Hire, you can now set the Candidate Owner as a recipient in workflow automations. This ensures that the person managing a candidate is automatically notified when key actions occur—helping streamline follow-ups and decisions.
Note: This feature only works if a Candidate Owner is assigned. If not, no action will be triggered for this recipient.
Go to Workflow Automation
Navigate to the Hire module.
Click Settings in the top-right corner.
Select Workflow Automation from the options.
Click on the event name you want to update.
Add Candidate Owner as a Recipient
Click the pencil icon next to the workflow action you want to edit.
Under the Recipients section, choose Candidate Owner from the dropdown list.
Click Update to save your changes.
Now, every time that workflow event is triggered, the assigned Candidate Owner will receive the configured notification—whether it’s an email, alert, or other communication type.
