Introduction
A job requisition is a formal request to hire a new employee, either to fill a vacated position or create a new one. Once a requisition is created and approved in Keka HIRE, it usually awaits a Global Admin to convert it into a job. To skip this step, you can enable Automated Job Creation.
Enable Automated Job Creation:
Go to the Org section.
Navigate to Hiring and select Settings.
Under Settings, find Automated Job Creation.
Enable the option by selecting the radio button.
Once enabled, approved requisitions will be automatically added as jobs in Keka HIRE under the Jobs section, marked with a lightning icon.
