Efficient recruitment and candidate management are crucial for any organization, and Keka makes it easy for HR admins to customize and track the entire hiring process. This guide will walk you through the steps to edit the hiring flow according to your company's needs and track candidate progress across different stages of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for both admins and candidates.
Edit the hiring flow
Navigate to the Hire tab located in the left navigation pane.
In the Settings menu, click on Hiring.
Under 'Hiring', select the option for Hiring Flow. Click the pen icon next to the flow you wish to modify.
To change the sequence, drag the arrow icon before a stage and move it up or down to rearrange it.
Click on the +Add Stage button to create a new stage, such as "Interview Round 2". You can also adjust the stage's level and then click Update.
This process will allow you to successfully edit the hiring flow as per your needs.
How to Track Candidate Stages in the Hiring Flow
Tracking candidates through each stage helps ensure transparency and an efficient recruitment process. Here's how you can do it:
Go to the Hire section and select Reports.
Under the Job Perspective category, choose the Job Pipeline Report.
You can filter by department, location, and job status to narrow down your search.
Optionally, download the report in Excel format for better tracking and analysis.
