ENGAGE: Visibility override for announcements by global admins

Global Admins often need to communicate vital messages across Business Units (BUs) or Legal Entities- especially during company-wide updates or compliance events. Previously, visibility restrictions limited the reach of such announcements.

To address this, a new visibility override option has been introduced. Global Admins can now broadcast announcements across all BUs, even where visibility restrictions exist.

How to use the visibility override

Go to the Announcements menu and click on Create Announcement.

1. As a Global Admin, all Business Units will be visible, regardless of the original visibility settings.
2. Use the multi-select dropdown to choose the BUs you want to target.

3. Comments and reactions will be disabled by default to maintain clarity and control for sensitive messages.

• Townhalls and leadership updates
• CEO communications
• Compliance and policy rollouts in multi-entity environments
