In large organisations, reviewing nominations or shortlisting finalists can be time-consuming- especially when data spans across locations, departments, and business units. HR teams often need to share updates with stakeholders without giving them full system access. To simplify this, Keka has introduced new filtering and reporting features in the Rewards & Recognition module that improve access and visibility for admins and panelists alike.
What’s new
Panelists and HR teams can now:
- Apply multi-select filters based on Location, Department, Business Unit, and Status to quickly sort through nominees or finalists.
- Download nomination reports with nominee, nominator, award, and comments.
- Export finalist data including review status, reviewer feedback, and award details.
- Use these features directly within the award program interface without additional permissions.
How it works
Apply filters
Go to the Rewards & Recognition module and open any award program.
- Navigate to the All Nominees or Finalists tab.
- Use the filter bar at the top to apply filters for Location, Department, Business Unit, and Status.
- Select multiple values in each filter to narrow down your view.
Export reports
Go to the Reports tab in the same award program.

Click on Download to export either nomination or finalist data.

The report is downloaded in Excel format, making it easy to share or analyse offline.
