When an employee submits their resignation, their request will appear in the Inbox or the Exit Process tab for Managers, HR, or Global Admins. This tab is divided into three key phases to help track and manage exits efficiently:

1. Under Review
This is the first phase after an employee submits their resignation.
What you can do:

Three-dot Menu (Actions column):
Send reminders
View resignation
Update resignation details

View Details:
See approval history
Use Review on Behalf if a pending action needs to be completed by someone else

Review Button:
Only visible for your direct reports
Edit and confirm the resignation
Once done, click Complete Review to move the resignation to Exits in Progress
2. Exits in Progress
After the review is complete, the resignation moves here for offboarding tasks.
Available actions:

Exit Actions Icons:
Grey = Not started
Yellow = In progress
Green = Completed

Manage Button: Opens a detailed panel with the following tabs:
Summary – See exit progress at a glance
Assets – View or update asset records
Finances – Manage F&F, dues, etc.
Survey – Enable or disable exit survey
Team – Help managers with transition planning
Tasks – Add or import offboarding tasks

Leave Settings – Extend notice period if employee avails leave during notice
3. Exited Employees
Employees whose last working day has passed appear in this phase—even if some actions (like final settlement) are pending.
Actions you can take:

Edit Exit Date:
Click the pencil icon
Enter a new date and reason
Save the changes

Cancel Exit / Rejoin Candidate:
Use the three-dot menu under Actions
Additional Tools:
Apply filters to narrow down your list
Download reports for audit or analysis
By using the Exit Process Tab effectively, your team can handle employee exits with clarity, accountability, and minimal friction.
