Raise Backfill Requisition from Exit Approval

Exit approvers can now create a backfill requisition directly during the exit approval process—no need to switch screens or initiate it separately.

What’s new:

• Backfill option available while approving an employee's resignation or termination

• Employee and salary details are auto-filled (based on permissions)

• Auto-submission if all required data is available and configuration allows

• Prevents duplicate backfill requests

• Admins can also raise backfill from the employee profile or exit process screen

Who gets it: Available to all Keka Hire customers
