Viewing Resource Costs and Margins at an Organizational Level

Introduction

Keka's Resource Cost and Margin at Org Level report offers a comprehensive view of resource costs and profit margins across your organization. It’s designed to support strategic planning, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability.

Use this report to:

• Analyze resource costs and margins across teams

• Identify opportunities for better resource utilization

• Monitor expenses and find areas to reduce costs

Step by step instructions

1. Go to the Projects tab in your Keka PSA dashboard.

2. Under Analytics, select the Report section.

3. In the Resource Management category, click on Resource Cost and Margin at Org Level.
   
   

4. Apply necessary filters and click run.

5. Review and validate the data presented in the report.

6. Click the download icon to save the file in pdf or excel format.
