Once a review cycle is initiated in Keka, review forms are automatically assigned to employees. These forms allow employees to share feedback on their achievements, completed tasks, and goals.
Steps to Submit Review Form as an Employee
You can access and complete the form from either the Inbox or the Me section.
Navigate to Inbox from the left-hand menu.
Under Pending Tasks, find the item labeled Performance Review.

Click Start Review Now next to your name or assigned review.

You’ll first see a review instructions screen—click Continue to begin.
The form typically includes sections like Questions, Goals/KRAs, and Core Values.
Enter your responses or ratings in each section.
Click Next to continue to the next part of the form.

Use Save if you want to pause and return later.

After completing all sections, click Submit Review.

A confirmation popup will appear—click Confirm to finalise your submission.
Go to the Me section.
Click on the Performance tab.
Open the Reviews section.
Under My Performance, locate your active review.

Click Submit Review to start.

You’ll first see a review instructions screen—click Continue to begin.
Complete the sections like Questions, Goals, and Core Values with your inputs.
Click Next to move between sections.

Use Save to save your progress and return later if needed.

When finished, click Submit Review.

In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm to submit.
Notes & Tips
Tip: If you’re not ready to submit, use Save to preserve your progress and return later.
Note: The review cannot be edited once submitted, so be sure to review all sections before confirming.
