The review process is where managers or team leaders assess an employee’s achievements and progress toward their objectives and goals. This involves comparing actual performance with preset expectations and providing constructive feedback to employees. Depending on the organisation's performance management policy, admins may need to add specific questions for the reviewers. However, manually adding questions for each reviewer can be time-consuming. Fortunately, Keka offers a simple solution to copy questions from one reviewer to another.
Here’s how to copy review questions for a reviewer:
Steps to Copy Questions for a reviewer
Navigate to the Performance section and click on Reviews.
Choose the specific Review Cycle where you want to make changes. Then, click on the Three Dots menu and select Edit to open the cycle settings page.
If you're making changes to an existing review cycle, go to the Review Forms section.
Click Add Questions for a specific reviewer.
Click the Copy Questions button.
In the pop-up window, select the Reviewer whose questions you want to copy. Choose the specific Questions to copy, then click Save to add those questions for the selected reviewer.
By following these steps, you can easily copy review questions from one reviewer to another, saving time and effort. If you need more help or have additional questions, feel free to check out our other articles or reach out to our support team!
