Employee reviews are essential for assessing performance and providing feedback. However, there may be cases where a released review needs to be temporarily hidden—for example, due to internal reconsiderations or concerns about timing and impact.
Keka allows performance admins to hide a review even after it has been made visible to the employee, ensuring sensitive information can be managed with care.
Steps to hide a review from Employee after it is released
Navigate to the Performance module.
Click the Reviews tab.
Go to Review Cycles tab.
Select the relevant cycle under Active/Upcoming tab.

Click View Progress for the selected cycle.
Inside the Review Cycle Dashboard, go to the Summary & Publish section.
Locate the employee whose review has already been released.
Click the three-dot menu next to their name.

Select Hide Review.

Give a comment and click on Confirm.
Once this is done, the employee will not able to see the review or any other details pertaining to it but the managers will be able to see the same.
Notes & Tips
Important: Hiding a review does not delete it. The review remains accessible to managers and HR for internal use.
Note: This action can be reversed if needed by re-releasing the review later.
