In Keka, goals included in a review form are pulled from specific timeframes. If you’ve already created a review cycle but need to update which goal timeframe should be used, you can make this change before reviews are initiated for any employee.
Steps to edit/change the timeframe of goals
Go to the Performance module in Keka.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Reviews, select Review Cycles.
Locate to the relevant cycle under the Active/Upcoming tab.
-
Click the three-dot menu and select Edit for that cycle.
In the settings window, go to the Review Form tab.
Under the Review Form section, find the Goals Settings for All Reviewers section.
Use the Choose Timeframe dropdown to add or remove timeframes as needed.
-
Once you've made your updates, click Next to proceed and Save to apply the changes.
Your selected timeframe will now define which goals appear in the review forms—ensuring the right objectives are evaluated during the review process.
Note: You can change the timeframe only before launching the review. Once the review has been launched for employees, you won’t be able to add or edit the timeframe.
