The employee review form is a structured tool used to evaluate individual or team performance. It includes questions, objectives, and other key sections that allow you to assess productivity, recognise achievements, and provide feedback.
Keka gives you the flexibility to customise the response types in your review form. You can choose from:
Rating Scale
Single Select
Multi Select
Only Comments
This allows you to tailor each section—such as Goals, Questions, or Core Values—based on your organisation's review structure.

Notes & Tips
Important: Only Rating Scale responses are included in the final review score.
Questions using other response types (e.g., comments, single/multi-select) will be available for feedback but not counted in the overall rating.
Tip: Use comment-only questions for qualitative insights and open-ended feedback.
