During a performance review cycle, the admin has the option to include feedback from individuals other than just the management team. These additional reviewers can be peers, external consultants, colleagues from different departments, or any other team members working towards the same goal.
Now, let's see how an admin can manually nominate these reviewers for an employee.
Go to the Performance section from the left-side menu.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, select the desired review cycle.
Click on View Progress to open the review cycle details.
5. Under the Reviews in Progress tab, locate the employee for whom you want to add reviewers.
6. Click on Nominate Reviewers next to the employee’s name.
7. A new window titled Manage Nominations will open.
8. Click on Click here to start the nomination process.
18. In the Nominate Reviewers window, navigate to the Peers section. If additional reviewers were included in the review cycle, you will see them listed in the Other Reviewers section.
9. Use the Search to add peers field to find and select the employees you want to nominate.
10.Selected names will appear under the Choose Peers list.
11. Once you’ve added all peers, click on the Submit button.
12. Review the nominations under the Verify & Submit step.
13. Click on Next to proceed to the final nominations page.
14. Review the list of nominated reviewers, their relation, and the nominator’s name.
15. Click on Submit to confirm the nominations.
16. A confirmation pop-up will appear — click on Confirm to finalise the nominations.
17. After selecting all relevant reviewers, click on the Submit button.
18. The nominated reviewers will now be added to the employee’s active review cycle.
19. You can revisit the Nominate Reviewers section anytime to view or update the reviewer list.
