How to allow Reviews to Skip Ratings?

Not all questions or objectives apply to every employee. When a non-relevant question or objective appears in a review form, reviewers may need the option to skip it. Keka allows you to enable a skip rating option so reviewers can bypass sections that are not applicable.

Here’s how you can enable this setting.

Steps to allow Reviews to Skip Ratings

1. Go to the Performance module.

2. Click on the Reviews tab.

3. Under Review Cycles, select the specific cycle you want to update.

4. Click Edit to open the review cycle settings.

   

5. Go to the Review Form section.

6. Open Additional Options.

7. Select the reviewer type for which you want to allow skipping.

8. In Additional Settings for Reviewers, choose Skip rating from the dropdown.

9. Click Next to proceed and save your changes.

Important: Please note that this setting can only be updated before the review cycle is launched.
