If you frequently use the same questions across different review cycles or for different reviewers, Keka lets you save time by creating reusable question templates. You can add multiple questions and assign them to specific reviewer roles—all in one place.
Steps to Create a Question Template
Go to the Performance section in Keka.
Click on Reviews.
Search for and select the Questions tab.
-
Click Add Question.
In the popup window:
Enter your question in the text box.
Choose a Response Type (e.g., rating scale, text).
Select the reviewer role(s) the question applies to. You can assign a question to more than one reviewer.
(Optional) Check the box for Make Comment Mandatory if you want to require written responses. You can also select other response type as well.
-
Click Add to save the question to your template.
Your question is now saved in the question library and can be reused in any future review cycles.
