Even after a review has been completed and published, unexpected scenarios—such as a misinterpretation of a question or an incorrect calibration—might require a re-evaluation.
Keka allows performance admins to roll back an employee’s review, enabling corrections and restarting the final review stages without restarting the entire cycle.
Steps to roll back an employee’s review
Go to the Performance module in Keka.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Reviews, select Review Cycles.
Locate to the relevant cycle under the Active/Upcoming tab.
Click on View Progress.
Navigate to the Summary & Publish stage.
Locate the employee whose review needs to be rolled back.
Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column.
Select Rollback To Post Review Analysis.
Enter the reason in the pop-up and click Confirm.
Once completed, the employee will no longer appear in the Summary and Publish stages.
This step moves the employee back to the Post Review Analysis stage of the cycle.
Go to the Post Review Analysis section.
Open the Calibration tab.
Use filters to locate the employee.
Under the Calibration Status column, click Calibrate or Manage.
Once the calibration process starts, the employee’s status changes to In Progress, indicating their review is open for further refinement.
Notes & Tips
When to Use Rollback:
Incorrect rating submitted during calibration
Misinterpretation of questions by reviewers
Need to re-calibrate based on new information
Thus, the employee's review has been moved back to the post-review analysis stage from final stage.
