Payroll teams can now process end-to-end Full & Final (F&F) settlements for US employees directly within Keka. The workflow covers earnings, deductions, benefits, leave encashment, overtime, reimbursements, asset damage recovery, and tax calculations—ensuring compliant and accurate final payouts in a single, structured flow.

You can now:

• Review and adjust all final pay components in a guided 2-step settlement flow.
• Handle regular pay proration automatically based on Last Working Day (LWD).
• Process unused time off encashment as per policy.
• Include or exclude overtime and shift differentials.
• Manage expense claims, advances, and settlements within the exit workflow.
• Recover asset damage charges through payroll.
• Finalise settlements and track status until payroll processing is complete.
