Admins can now restrict document types based on employee country (work location).
This ensures employees only see document types relevant to their country. For example:
India-specific documents (e.g., Form 16) will not be visible to US employees.
US-specific documents (e.g., Form I-9) will not be visible to India employees.
Why This Matters
In multi-country organisations, employees were seeing document types irrelevant to their geography, causing confusion and poor user experience. This update improves clarity and reduces unnecessary visibility.
Key Highlights
Country-based access can be configured per document type
Employees only see document types mapped to their country
Folders with no relevant document types will not be shown to employees
All existing document types default to All countries (no disruption on release)
