We’re excited to launch Job Architecture – Levels & Tracks in Keka! This new feature helps organisations create a clear and consistent structure for job roles, enabling better decision-making around compensation, promotions, and career progression.
What’s New
You can now define:
Global Job Levels – A consistent hierarchy (e.g., L1–L8) to standardise role seniority across teams.
Career Tracks – Distinct paths like Individual Contributor, Management, and Executive, mapped to relevant levels.
This removes the need to rely on inconsistent job titles or scattered spreadsheets.
