Overview
We’ve removed the historical data restriction in select high-usage Keka reports. Earlier, reports were limited to the current and previous year, and customers had to contact support POCs to fetch older records. With this update, you can now self-serve historical data across years—reducing support dependency and improving transparency and trust in reporting.
What’s Changed
Full historical access across years is now available for select key reports.
